At Acacia, we believe your child’s 4-year-old kindergarten year is a special time for growth and discovery in a safe, happy, and nurturing environment. We know that children learn best through play and meaningful interactions with their peers and caring adults. Recognising the vital role families play, we strive to create a welcoming, family-oriented service where every family feels included and supported.
Our kindergarten program is built around a play-based curriculum, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework for Australia: Belonging, Being & Becoming, alongside the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework. We are proud to offer two dedicated 4-year-old kindergarten groups that provide enriching experiences to help children blossom and prepare confidently for their next learning journey.

WEDNESDAYS: 8:30am – 4:00pm

Fees
Acacia supports the Victorian Government’s Free Kindergarten initiative. For more information, please see our fee policy.
Enrolment
Enrolments for our 4-year-old kindergarten program at Acacia are managed through the City of Kingston’s Central Enrolment Scheme.

Learning Through Play at Acacia
At Acacia Avenue Preschool, we believe play is the foundation of early learning. Our structured, nurturing environment encourages children to make choices, explore ideas, and engage deeply in activities that support their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
